The Dyna PAS pre-amp is a very common and good performing vintage pre-amplifier. It's no an amazing performer in it's stock form, but is very musical and it's sins are sins of omission. Replacing the stock coupling caps and bypassing the tone controls, make this a very competent budget pre-amp.

Like other vintage equipment, this unit also has a multi-section metal can capacitor. I have designed a circuit board which replaces the can cap as well as the filament supply parts. It bolts in place of the large can capacitors next to the power transformer. It also has provisions for a line fuse, which was dangerously omitted from the original design.
